Formed Lepercq Capital Corporation (predecessor to The LCP Group, L.P.), a real
estate advisory firm in 1973 and has been its Chairman since 1976. In addition to
serving as the Chairman of The LCP Group, Mr. Roskind has served as the Chairman
of the Board of Trustees for Lexington Corporate Properties Trust (NYSE: LXP) since its
inception in October 1993 and was Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company until
January 2003. Mr. Roskind received his B.S. in 1966 from the University of
Pennsylvania and is a 1969 Harlan Fiske Stone Graduate of the Columbia Law School.
Since 1977, he has been principal of his own design firm, Cutler Anderson Architects (formerly James Cutler Architects), on Bainbridge Island, Washington. James Cutler is a Registered Architect in the states of Washington, New York, Alaska and Hawaii. Mr. Cutler earned a Bachelor of Arts (1971) and a Masterís in Architecture (1973) at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a second Masterís in Architecture from the Louis I. Kahn Studio Program (1974). He received a Dale Fellowship (a traveling fellowship for design excellence), the James Smythe Turner Prize and the Edward Spayed Brooke Medal.
Robert Albert is a graduate of the University of Louisville, where he received his bachelorís degree in Business Management. For 25 years he owned & operated a retail furniture business where his myriad duties included purchasing, sales, financing, collections, and personnel management. For the past ten years he has been Vice President of the LCP Group, L.P., a private real estate investment banking firm headquartered in White Plains, New York that has been acquiring, syndicating and overseeing major real estate properties nationally since 1974.
